I met Ron at the recommendation of another massage therapist. Since I have been working with Ron, he has significantly decreased my back and neck pain and the muscle tightness in my legs. When I had plantar fasciitis he was able to considerably decrease the pain in my foot and stretch out the muscles which in combination with exercise and stretching resulted in resolution of the pain. He shares techniques and exercises to help keep my muscles stretched out. I enjoy working with Ron and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in working with someone to help manage and improve musculoskeletal discomfort through massage. Amy L
